Specials are all made from upcycled items, they are second hand and sometimes have knocks and dings please be aware of this.

Occasionally items can be damaged while in transit, (we've all seen the videos) If this happens, please take photos for evidence so we can claim back costs from Royal Mail.

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Info

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. We use Royal Mail and all orders are sent either Signed For or Tracked. 

If you are in a Country that we don't currently ship to, please email us and we will check if we can add your Country to our destinations. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
