Our packing and shipping department is kept separate from the rest of the facility and I am taking every precaution possible to see that your orders are packaged safely.
Any delays with your order may not be due to dispatch, but rather due to delays within the postal services. Please expect an additional delay between your order leaving us and arriving with you.
Depending on where in the world you are in the world, and whether your parcel is being sent by courier or by Royal Mail, please expect a delay. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and we cannot guarantee when your parcel will arrive with you.
